He wants to cooperate with Hebeswap, DEX, create tornado pools on ETC network and allocate 2,000 TORN and 0.3% fee from each withdrawal from etc pools to Hebeswap.
Hebeswap TVL is very low (https://t.me/tornadoofficial/53346), allocation amount is more than 10% of their TVL. Hebeswap trading activity is even lower - $1,000 per day (https://t.me/TornadoCashOfficialDAO/8818). Hebeswap twitter and telegram has many fake subscribers, their telegram chat is dead, and twitter posts (nanli sends link https://x.com/EtcHebeBlock/status/1923358361438814347) have 20 likes, even some messages in Tornado chats have more reactions on it. There is no reason to allocate TORN to this shady exchange and add pools with their commission to official UI, because they cant promote Tornado Cash with fake subscribers and low activity on their social media accounts
Now about Nanli:
- he blocks everyone in dao chat, who is against his proposal, for no reason. Today he blocked official ETC developer after he published open letter from ETC to Tornado that Tornado does not need Hebe to work with ETC (https://ethereum-classic.medium.com/open-letter-to-the-tornado-cash-community-5dafdc7f9929 open letter, https://t.me/tornadoofficial/53373 chat discussion and proofs that he is banned and he is real etc developer)
- He is connected with Hebeswap, he is early hebeswap investor and he is admin in hebeswap chat https://t.me/Tornado_Russian_Group/64952
- He is likely ICO scammer (uncofirmed information https://t.me/tornadoofficial/53485)
- He threatened relayers to clear their balance if they are against his proposal (he deleted message, proof https://t.me/Tornado_Russian_Group/64831). This is purely ant-tornado anti-project anti-community behaviour. He is not adequate
My idea: REJECT proposal 62, discuss options in chats, I think deploying on ETC by dao without hidden fees to shady projects is good option, if we need promotion, we can connect ETC dao, etc grants, Bitman and other big ETC project without connection to hebeswap
