背景
目前TORN在主要CEX被下架，导致流动性大幅下降，买卖TORN均会承受较大的滑点，不利于扩大TORN的持币群体。
提议
将流动性聚集到DEX，从DAO中拨款200,000 TORN（不到DAO持仓的5%)，在Uniswap V3中添加单边流动性，价格区间可以设定在：当前ETH汇率 —— 3倍当前ETH汇率之间。
好处
1.增加TORN在DEX中的深度，提升流动性；
2.目前DAO国库的Portfolio只有TORN，注入一部分到DEX，既能多元化国库资产，也能为DAO赚取交易手续费；
Background
At present, TORN has been delisted from major CEXs, resulting in a significant drop in liquidity. Buying and selling TORN will suffer large slippages, which is not conducive to expanding the TORN holders.
Proposal
Gather liquidity to DEX, allocate 200,000 TORN from DAO (less than 5% of DAO holdings), add unilateral liquidity in Uniswap V3, and the price range can be set between: current ETH exchange rate ~ 3 times the current ETH exchange rate.
Benefit
- Increase the depth of TORN in DEX and improve liquidity;
- Currently, the DAO treasury’s portfolio only has TORN, and injecting part of it into DEX can not only diversify treasury assets, but also earn swap fees for the DAO;
